This motel room is very nice. Rooms are clean. There's a restaurant. Very nice people. Clean beds great service. We just refinished some bathtubs but very nice. We will be coming back again. Recommend if you ever go to Vivian , LA. Highly highly recommend.

I had a very good experience And recommend these rooms to everyone who is staying in the area even if you just wanna stay here just for one day and you stay in town. It’s very nice staff and very clean rooms. They are very accommodatable and the shower felt so good. The band was comfortable and clean. I really appreciate the staff. They were very helpful. Thank you so much and I will be back.

Our family broke down here and after reading some other reviews, we were considering staying the night in our car instead. I’m so glad we took the risk! It was nicer than some more expensive hotels we’ve stayed in, and the staff were so helpful and accommodating! The room was clean, the AC cooled us all down quickly, and our kids slept great on the bed. The parking lot flooded in a torrential downpour and our room was still nice and dry. It’s not a fancy place, but it was more than reasonable for how affordable it is.

I stayed in the front room and the couple that runs this place are extremely nice and very easy to get along with! They were super helpful with my situation and worked with me! I will be back! Edit: the man is very rude but his wife seems nice. My son and I stayed here for 3 weeks and were charged 80 per night and then 10 days for 60 per night! We're going through some personal issues and we will never be back and he only care about screwing over their customers and screwing them out of as much money as they can obviously! Claims to be a man of GOD but knows our situation and I will be contacting the health department tomorrow over this place if I don't receive an email or call back! NEVER WILL BE BACK AND I ADVISE NO ONE ELSE TO COME HERE EITHER! I ALSO GOT BIT BY A BLACK WIDOW ON MY FACE and LEG!
