The rooms are spacious with great walk-in closets for each. The kitchen has lots of storage space and very nice countertops. I’ve enjoyed relaxing by the firepit and the pool; plus the free coffee or tea in the morning starts the day off right.

I cannot recommend these apartments due to the fact that they are more interested in unreasonable corporate self-imposed rules. It is my opinion that they put more weight on the business side rather than the background of a potential resident.

When I looked into moving to an apartment at Thr Ellington, I was so impressed. The rooms are spacious with great walk-in closets for each, The kitchen has lots of storage space and very nice countertops. I’ve enjoyed relaxing by the firepit and the pool; plus the free coffee or tea in the morning starts the day off right. Patty was very helpful, and made the leasing process a breeze. She had been very quick to help with anything I have needed or to answer any questions I have had. I am thoroughly enjoying living in this community!

I was hesitant about living here since it's been such a long process watching it being built and all the rumors but it's beautiful and will be more so when amenities are completed. I can't say enough about how helpful Patty has been. The application process is a lot but she and Heather helped walk me through it. Searcy has needed something this luxurious and excited to see it finished and continue to enjoy it all.
