★★★★★ We had an absolutely fantastic stay and will definitely be back! The scenery was beautiful, and being right on the river made for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—just about 10 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs, so it was easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer while still feeling secluded and surrounded by nature. The owners were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and take pride in the property. The cabin was well-equipped for cooking, which made it easy to enjoy meals while taking in the views. We also appreciated the new TV and AC unit, which kept us comfortable even during a 100-degree day. One of our favorite features was the covered parking area. It easily accommodated multiple motorcycles (perfect for riders visiting the Pig Trail) and would also work great for a car. Beautiful scenery, excellent hospitality, a great location, and all the comforts you need. Highly recommended, and we can't wait to come back!

Craig and Paula are the new owners. We went for their Ribbon cutting ceremony. Such gracious hospitality and warm welcome. We stayed in King’s Cabin with their updated Kitchen, WiFi and AC. Very cozy and comfortable bed. Views are amazing and you are 50 feet from the river. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful area on the Kings River! Cabin #7 has a large deck with chairs and a table facing the river and had everything we needed!

Carolyn and staff were awesome! They took us in very last minute and were very accommodating!! The cabins are dated but clean and cozy! Grounds are very well kept and the river is right there! Great for swimming and fishing! Best prices on the river for float service by far! Eureka Springs is just a short drive down the road! Great location!

We loved our stay here! Carolyn and her husband are down to earth, kind, helpful people. The cabin was modest but clean and right on the river! It was easy check in and check out. We love how they also drive your car back, so once you’re done floating it’s right there at the cabin. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for a get away on the river! Also, the grounds are very well kept and have kitties running around. They don’t bother you, but I loved it!

I've stayed here twice, once by myself and once with my 7-year-old daughter, and both times were great. Carolyn and her husband are super nice people. The cabins are well-kept. The grounds are nicely mowed and well-kept. No problems.
