Chili's Grill & Bar

Went in with a gift card from a previous messed up order and rudeness from management for my B-Day meal. Went in tonight after 2 months of not using the gift card. My to go order was wrong again. I showed back up about 30 mins later with my full incorrect order, because once we settled w/ a movie and planned to quickly air fry and enjoy... my ORDER WAS WRONG AGAIN. The host FOH server apologized.. & as A RGM I recognize that. But, she requested her MGR on my 1st pickup when I had my gift card. The mgr didn't come out. When she recognized me right away. & acknowledged me, she skipped me over impatient Door Dashers. I heard her have ro argue with kitchen staff to have my incorrect order remade. & she told me she felt bad and offered molten cake or peanut butter pie. I told her whatever she wanted to add. She didn't include anything and that is fine. The whole dinner is now still sitting in the fridge because by the time we were done fixing it, we don't even want it. At least they gave me 5 containers of ranch to try to make up for it?! So. Long story short. As a Manager that experiences this daily. Mistakes happen. It is how we make the individual feel. My bad for not checking my own order when it wasn't shown to me. ✔️

Food was good hot and fresh, our server was awesome. Her name was Lorraine.

Ordered to go... no one was there and had to wait. A man in the back came over when he saw me. Before he could give me the order a young lady came, grabbed the order, put in in front of me, said it's ready then proceeded to talk to another employee. There wasn't any plastic ware, napkins, salt/pepper, nothing. The broccoli was good but cold, the steak was cold and dry but worse was the potatoes.... they were awful. I did expect it to be cool.... it was a to go order. This experience..... not good.

We waited 15 min till the first person came to our table. We explained my wife's chicken allergy and they brought her chicken. She asked if it could be exchanged for pork, they didn't even respond to that. Had to ask for drink refills or we would not have gotten them. Went to use a gift card and the device would not take it, neither would it take our credit card. The waiter had to process them somewhere else. Learned a lesson about this place today.

Chili's is nothing but a dive bar. Taco bell next door has better food. I would rather eat dog food than Chili's. My beer was flat and tasted watered down. If you see this place turn around and run.

First time at Chilis, absolutely loved it! Our waitress was kind and friendly, came the perfect amount of times to ask us if everything was ok. The triple dippler was super delicious! Definitely will come back.

First time I went to chili's and I did not have to wait 30 min to be seated.. Food Was very good I got the smoke house combo. I specially enjoyed the corn it had good flavor. My son get pizza and fries it was good a well. Not bad and its was only 35$ not bad for now days. You just have too know when its not so busy and service will be better than normal.

Great value and service!! something affordable with a nice atmosphere. The service was excellent everyone was friendly and welcoming, and our server Diego went above and beyond even though we only ordered appetizers. The place had a good vibe and overall felt like a great experience for the price.
