I was reading a birthday card in front of the mailboxes at Saddle Ridge just now, when this monster truck hops the curb and rolls toward me, gravel and twigs flying everywhere. I freeze, and think, “Oh, no! Is that a runaway vehicle?!” Nope. A young adult slides out, and yells, “Sorry, bro! My rig is too big for my space! Ha! Ha! Ha!” He then jumps over his back fence to get into his apartment. So the question becomes: Why are so many residents so comfortable treating the parking lot like their own destruction derby? Why are so many residents so comfortable with their open drug use? And the answer is a complete absence of community management. I expected to have these issues when I lived on the East side, but that team would write 2-days-to-fix-it citations and call the police. I love the location of Saddle Ridge, and it COULD be as nice as its own fake reviews claim, but where is the real life management? My days off are during the week, I love to take walks, and I’ve forgotten what the office staff looks like. They’re never walking around checking on things. It’s never happened in front of me. That’s why we have nightly Marijuana parties and attempted vehicular manslaughter. Five stars for visibility.

There is an ongoing accumulation of mattresses and other bulky refuse around Saddle Ridge Apartments. These items have remained there despite regular trash collection, and additional items continue to accumulate. Please arrange for proper removal of the bulky waste and let the community know how the issue will be addressed going forward. Arizona's Residential Landlord and Tenant Act says a landlord must “keep all common areas of the premises in a clean and safe condition” and must provide appropriate receptacles for garbage/rubbish and arrange for its removal. Pima County code says that property must be maintained free of accumulated refuse and debris, and has actually cited properties for mattresses around dumpsters. Jarren was very friendly and professional. He was very attentive in showing me and my husband all the available 2 bedrooms apartments and showed us the amenities available in their complex. Jarren was genuinely answered all our questions and concerns. We are looking to move in next year in February and hopefully there will be availability of the floor plan we liked around this time. The 2 bedrooms and 1 bath down stairs has more space in the kitchen and living room that is one of the many reasons we loved that floor plan. We appreciate Jarren given us all his un deivided attention and addressing all our concerns. We appreciate the time and professionalism 😇. Thank you, The Morris's.

I have nothing but good things to say about Saddle Ridge Apartments. I moved in a week ago and Jarren and all of the staff have been professional, kind, and attentive from the initial contact on to move in. I have also come to appreciate how they take care of their tenants. I had a minor maintenance issue and it was taken care of promptly and effectively. Thank you Jessica, Jarren and Nick! Keep up the good work!

Just moved in this month. Office staff are awesome and maintenance has been quick to repair any issues I’ve had. Nicholas, the maintenance guy has been on point with every work order and has done it quickly and professionally!! Nick, if you read the reviews on google here’s a HUGE!! Shout out!! BRO!! YOU ROCK!!

Jessica and her crew were always professional, responsive, and willing to go above and beyond to meet resident expectations. Management team is great. I lived in a one bedroom apartment when I first moved in and it was affordable because it was not updated, But everything still worked, and it was a good deal for the area. The one major issue I had was with the water heater failing because it was nearly 40 years old. It leaked and got water all over the items I had On the floor in my closet, which is where the water heater was located. They ended up having to cut out drywall and replace it in the back of the closet to make sure there would be no lingering mold issue. I would advise, checking the age of the water heater, and If it is more than 30 years old, asking if they can replace it so you don’t have the same problem I did. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The only reason I moved out was because I needed more room and they don’t have any three bedroom apartments.
